Founded in 2020, Ready4Work work with offenders who are committed to transforming their lives. Ready4Work partners with industry-leading corporates to fill their vacancies with hardworking and dedicated employees looking to break the cycle of crime. Following employment, ex-offenders will continue to receive hands-on support and mentorship  is offered to both employee and employer for a minimum of 12 months.

Giving people fair employment to help reduce reoffending and make society safer by placing homeless, veterans and ex-offenders into sustainable employment. We give them a chance to make their lives better. Statistic show these positive steps reduce homelessness and crime.
Ready4Work want to connect employees with employers by vetting both parties and making sure one has a steady wage and the other has a reliable workforce.

No one like filling in applications. We can help you write and forward your application to employers looking for your skills sets. Once we have you on record we can connect you to the right employer. We also connect employers with people who meet their criteria. One application is all you need.

What does our support look like?

Our tried and trusted support includes a personal caseworker and mentor to help you find employment, and continues every day for your first 12 months in work. We can also accompany you to your interview for added support.

Our service users have a 98% success rate due to the support we offer and the existing relationships we have with our corporate partners.

The roles offered by our partners include logistics, construction, engineering, catering, textiles, cleaning and more.

Over the years, many of the ex-offenders we have worked with have been so grateful to their employer for the opportunity, that they’ve turned out to be the most loyal and hardworking of all. They’ve turned their lives around and are a credit to their families. There’s been no stopping them. Now it’s your turn.

How do you get started?

To start you on your journey to employment, we recommend getting the below ready so that the process can be as efficient as possible:

We need to know what you want as employers or employees. Making sure we know your abilities as well as your limitations means we can help you find the right connections

Connecting The Dots

Once we have found what an employer wants we then find the right employees with skill sets that match the job requirements. With employees we have an in depth application which helps list abilities and skill sets so the right person is picked and valuable training time is not wasted on the wrong candidate.

Training and Employment

We interview the selected candidates with the employer and take notes of which type of employee they want. Not every employee will be suited and may find the job is not right for them. This allows us to fine tune the selection process for future candidates. Training can be given and employers can be part of this process.

Monitoring

We maintain contact with the employer and employee to ensure any issues are addressed. We make sure that both parties are happy and help with any on going training to ensure job satisfaction and long term employment.
